My Story

I am a Certified Yoga and Relaxation Instructor with over 36 years of experience, practicing since 1988. I specialize in Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Flow, where I have received High Honours in the Yoga Teacher Training Program at Sheridan College. I regularly attend conferences and workshops dealing with the therapeutic benefits of yoga. I have studied with Natasha Rizopoulos, Nischali Devi, Jennifer Weinert, Rodney Yee, Todd Norian and Jason Crandell, and many other Senior Yoga Experts. My classes are gentle yet challenging, utilizing my strong anatomy background from my studies in Athletic Therapy. I strongly believe everyone can and should incorporate some form of yoga into their life. Everyone just needs to find the right form of yoga for their needs. Let me help you discover the many benefits of yoga.

 

I have worked extensively in the area of stress management, working with cardiac patients and stroke survivors. I have taught yoga and relaxation at various locations throughout the community. At Local hospitals, high schools, fitness centres, corporate offices, and privately. I offer a wide variety of private classes focusing on relaxation, breathing and mindfulness techniques. I am currently teaching out of White Oaks Resort and Spa, located in Niagara-on-the-Lake as well as online through zoom.
